What is the Southeastern 1Card?
The Southeastern 1Card is the official identification card of Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and The College at Southeastern. It is issued to all members of the College Community and is required for identification and access to essential campus services. It also offers a convenient account for making purchases on and around campus. All students, faculty, and staff at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary are currently eligible to receive an Southeastern 1Card.
How do I get my Southeastern 1Card?
New Students:
You will receive your
Southeastern 1Card on the Tuesday of New Student Orientation.
New
Biblical Women's Institute Students:
To get your Southeastern 1Card,
please stop by the Student Life office in the Ledford Student Center on the
Tuesday of New Student Orientation from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
New
Advanced Degree Students:
Your Southeastern
1Card will
be distributed during your first Cohort (or first Integrated Seminar for
PhDs).
Replacement cards (All
Students):
To get a replacement card for a
damaged, lost or stolen 1Card, go to The Locker Mon-Thurs from 9 a.m. - 4
p.m. or Friday from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. If your card was lost or stolen, see
the next FAQ section regarding deactivating the card and reporting the loss.

What if I lose my Southeastern 1Card?
Immediately report a lost or stolen card to the Accounting Services Office in Stealey Hall, first floor or by calling 919-761-2207. To deactivate your Southeastern 1Card Cash account, click here or call 1-888-224-0931. A $10 fee will be charged to replace your card.
How does Southeastern 1Card Cash work?
Southeastern 1Card Cash is a cashless, prepaid spending account on your Southeastern 1Card that is accepted on and around campus. You must add value to your account before using Southeastern 1Card Cash to make purchases. Each time you use your Southeastern 1Card Cash account, the amount of the transaction will be deducted from your account. You may not spend more value than you have. Unused balances roll over semester to semester and year to year.
What is my Southeastern
1Card Cash Number?
Your 16-digit Southeastern 1Card Cash number is located on the front of your Southeastern 1Card and uniquely identifies your prepaid spending account.
Your Student ID # is located on the front of your Southeastern 1Card. It is not your social security number, it is a unique number that is 9 digits in length.
When is value added
to Southeastern 1Card Cash available?
Funds transferred by debit/credit card and cash are available instantly. Check deposits are available on the business day received. If a check is returned to us by your financial institution for insufficient funds, the deposit will be reversed from your Southeastern 1Card Cash account and a Returned Payment/Check fee will be assessed. If the Returned Payment/Check fee creates a negative balance in your account, you will be contacted to make another payment to the account.
How do I make a purchase with Southeastern 1Card Cash?
At retail locations, Southeastern 1Card Cash works much like a debit or credit card. Just present your Southeastern 1Card for payment to the attendant at the register. Your card will be swiped in a terminal and the transaction authorized. You will need to sign a printed receipt of the approved transaction. At self-service machines, simply insert your card in the terminal.
Where can I use Southeastern 1Card Cash?
Southeastern 1Card Cash can be used at many campus locations and at off campus businesses. These can be identified by the "Welcomed" sticker featuring the Southeastern 1Card Cash logo. Click here for a complete list of accepting locations.
How do I recommend additional accepting locations for
Southeastern 1Card Cash?
Cardholder suggestions are welcome and encouraged. Recommendations can be sent via e-mail to our recruitment department. Please include the name of the location and why you would like to see them join the program.

Yes, it is secured via 128 Bit SSL Encryption so you can manage your account with confidence.

What if I forget my user name or password?
Go to the Southeastern 1Card Cash Cardholder Account Center. Under the Login button, click [Forgot your username or password?] and follow the instructions.
What
is the Southeastern 1Card Cash refund process?
You may receive a refund of your Southeastern
1Card Cash
account balance when you graduate, withdraw or leave Southeastern Baptist
Theological Seminary or The College at Southeastern.
Proof of withdrawal or dismissal is required. Refund requests must be
submitted to the College's card program service in writing to:

Can I use my Southeastern 1Card to check out books in the Library?
Yes, the bar code on the back of your card will be scanned during checkout at the front desk. You do not need to have 1Card Cash on your account in order to check out books.
What happens if I swipe my card at a self-service location and the machine
does not work?
If the
self-service machine does not work properly, you will not be charged for the
transaction. If for any reason you are charged, please
email us
a refund request.
